Once received, your order is promptly entered, goods are checked in within 24 hours and emailed receiving summaries are sent out to let you know that your order has been received completely and accurately. If you are missing garments, we will let you know right away.

When you work with us, you are assigned a dedicated project manager, each of which has extensive experience in the industry and understands the challenges you face when contracting your embroidery and screen printing services. Our enterprise software allows the project managers to track the order every step of the way from order entry, to receipt of goods, to the shipment of the product. All of our departments are able to efficiently and clearly communicate allowing us to quickly and correctly produce and ship your order.
